Dip:
  • Tapenade of semi-dried paprika peppers
  • Paprika mix, grilled & marinated
  • Ketchup
  • Pepper
  • Finely chopped chives
Roll the cooked chicken balls in the chicken marinade. Cut the chicken meatloaf into cubes. Put a cube of chicken meatloaf, a piece of grilled pineapple and a chicken ball on a skewer. Immerse in the tempura and fry at a high temperature in frying oil. Mix the paprika tapenade, paprika mix and ketchup into a smooth sauce, season to your own taste.
