Build in layers starting with a thin slice of gingerbread sprinkled with Amaretto Disaronno liqueur. Next comes a layer of almond Amaretto pâté and roasted almond flakes. Then add a slice of gingerbread with a layer of Speculaas cookie paste and crushed Speculaas cookies. Repeat. Finally, garnish with the roasted almond flakes.
Tip: instead of sprinkling the gingerbread with Amaretto, you can add a pipette of Amaretto Disaronno liqueur.
